Vail and PCMR finally worked out a deal and the skiing in Park City is going to be the best we've ever seen with more access to more terrain for a better deal.
The top of Lowell Avenue is one of the best locations in town. My condo has ski in ski out access on the Town Runs, is a short walk to Main Street, and best of all it's on a quiet street with very limited traffic.
My condominium is comfortable and modern. I have equipped it with all leather furniture and a great 42 in. plasma T.V. and excellent sound system. There is WiFi in the unit and also a modem if you need to plug in with Ethernet. We also recently installed a brand new 8 person hot tub and a water softening system that makes the harsh mountain water much more pleasant. I just completed painting and the condo looks amazing. A fully equipped kitchen with nice pots and pans and dishware allows you to eat in without using broken pans and cheap plates. Cozy and warm, this condominium is a great place to sit back and relax.

This is the best spot in town. I've owned three different places in Park City and Lowell Ave is quiet and friendly but offer amazing access to the hill and to Main Street. When I ski Park City I often park at the condo because the access is better and easier than the base lodge.
Convenience is the best. Ski home to the front door and have lunch in your own kitchen instead of paying $12 for a burger. The access to Main Street allow for evenings out on the town without the need to drive or call a cab and if you want to stay in the kitchen is fully equipped to cook large meals and then relax next to the fireplace or in the hot tub.
This place was great for our 1st visit to Park City. Great loacation! Condo was neat, clean and as described. Thanks so much for your hospitality and willingness to help at every turn.
We recently stayed here over New Years Eve through Jan. 3. While the snow wasn't exactly perfect, the condo was in a fantastic location. The condo was clean and easy to access upon arrival. Ian was great to work with and even brought us a humidifier the first night to help with the dry air. Since some of the runs were closed due to lack of snow this house didn't become ski-in/out until later in the trip. However, once they opened the appropriate runs we loved the access to the slopes.
Proximity to town was great. It was an easy walk down to Main Street each night for dinner. The fire was cozy and the size of the condo was perfect for two couples. We only used the hot tub once, but once we figured out where it was, it was nice and warm after a day on the slopes. Only cons (which aren't really that big of a deal) are just to remember your hair dryer and shower soap/shampoo/conditioner, as those weren't supplied.

Just got back from a few nights in Park City.
Locations was close enough for easy walking to main street and near everything by car.
We really enjoyed the walk while the snow was falling.
The Condo was clean and worked well for our family (two adults and two kids 6 and 9).
Hot tub was great after a day skiing. Great place at a great rate.
!!Great location!! Clean and tidy space. Nice fireplace. Not huge, but more than ample room for 4 adults. Owner was very helpful and responsive in planning and during visit. Listing accurately describes all ammenities.
We had a great experience renting this place. It was clean and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to get us good deals on lift tickets for Park City. You will have a short walk to access the trail to the town lift and can ski back to the condo with only a brief walk down the road. We had the hot tub to ourselves since this is a quiet complex. This unit is a good deal given its great location.
My wife and I stayed here for a week in December 2011 and skied 4 different mountains. From this condo, you can walk to the Town Lift for Park City Mountain, it is a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley, a 10 minute drive to The Canyons, and a 40 minute drive to Snowbird. We skied all 4 of these mountains, would highly recommend them!! Downtown Park City and Main Street is within walking distance and has some excellent restaurants and shops. The condo has a nice gas fireplace that we used every night. It has a full kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances and cookware for meals. The brand new hot tub is located 2 floors below and shared with the condo complex, but we were the only ones using it the whole week. The condo is not 5 star luxury accommodations, however, it was very nice, and we would definitely stay here again. We had family that stayed in a condo at The Canyons the same week, and they paid almost 4 times what we paid per night. My wife and I love to go non-stop on our vacations to see and do as much as possible. This condo was a perfect place for us as it was centrally located to everything in Park City and close to all the good ski resorts. Ian was very helpful with advice on where to ski and restaurants in Park City, nice guy. Would highly recommend this condo for a vacation in Park City.
