Charming 3 bedroom cape bungalow with large kitchen and private backyard. Located at 39 Bearses By Way, just off Main Street in quaint Chatham village. Walk to shops and restaurants. Walk to Oyster Pond beach (0.1 mile). We also own a 3 bedroom which is located directly across the street so both cottages can be rented for larger gatherings in a compound setting. Both houses are located at the end of a dead end street so there is no traffic.

Sat to Sat, 7 night minimum stay during summer season.
