Recently updated, each bedroom has air conditioning.Included are color TV with cable VCR and DVD, ceiling fans in all rooms, 1 bath with shower, outside warm after-swim shower. Kitchen with dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, table with view to ocean. Washer and dryer. Relax in the newly furnished, airy living room with its large window and view of ocean. Door from kitchen to patio with view of Nantucket Sound. Grill, patio table and picnic table, beach chairs. Spend your vacation steps from the beach relaxing in the sun. Cast your fishing line off the beach and bring home dinner. Close to golf and tennis, bike or walk for an ice cream at Sundae School or to Wolfies bakery, small deli or mini golf. For your convenience wireless internet installed.

The listing accurately describes this wonderful cottage. The cottage is clean and neat, and the owners provide many conveniences to their guests. This is a great location;whether sitting inside or out, there is a great view of the ocean.Because it is only a very short walk to the Sea St beach, it felt like we had a private beach. Communications with Kate were quick and friendly.
When I rent on the Cape again, this is where I will stay.

My family and a friend had a wonderful week at Cape Cod! The cottage was clean and neat,convenient to attractions and the perfect distance from the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the Nantucket Sound without leaving the cottage!
We can't wait to return next year!

My wife & I spent a most enjoyable week, in this adorable cottage, with breathtaking view.

The cottage has everything you need, both inside and out.

The location is ideal whether heading to the lower cape, or upper cape.

The owners could not have been more helpful & friendly.

I could not have picked a better cottage for my Mom and I to spend a week in! It's in a perfect spot with a phenomenal view! It's also very centrally located to just about everything, from eating, to shopping, to mini-golfing, to Route 6!

It's very tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly imagine available to you! All of the appliances are new and work well, the beds are comfortable, the TV gets all the channels!

The owners are great people!

We will stay here again! No doubt!
