Walk to Belmont Road Beach! Centrally located Mid Cape Cod area, close to ferries, theater, and many children's activities. Beautifully furnished, four bedroom, two bath home. Sunny yellow and blue fully-applianced kitchen, large dining room, living room, family room, and den. New mattresses and queen sleep sofa, January 2013

Many amenities featuring new appliances, all flat screen HDTV, wireless internet, 3 room air conditioners, hardwood floors, oriental carpets, new furnishings, indirect lighting, whole-house fan, ceiling fans, wet bar, outside shower, deck, natural gas grill, jacuzzi, and washer and dryer. Also offered free beach parking and use of in-ground pool located on our property across the street from the beach.

Our home is special and so are our guests! Looking forward to welcoming you and your family to our Cape Cod retreat by the sea. The house is a short walk to the beach or you may use our beach parking. Belmont Road beach is a beautiful beach overlooking Nantucket Sound. We guarantee you will enjoy your stay!

Enjoy your stay at The Beach House! We did!

My family has rented this house for three stays. We love the location and the anticipation of our Cape Cod visits. Our children think the house is ours and feel at home. The rooms are large and sunny and the house feels so welcoming. We are often accompanied by grandparents, family members and friends. The many rooms allow for children to enjoy their activities while the adults are relaxing. The oversize dining room table allows everyone to dine together or join in a jigsaw puzzle or board game marathon. We like to cook and the gas grill and outdoor dining areas are great for summer entertaining.
The beach is a short walk, however the parking is an extra. We visited the National Seashore and Corporation Beach in Dennis. We always visit the go karts and the Sundae School!
There are many menus and brochures in the house and the owners are happy to make reservations and offer babysitting and suggestions. It is nice to finally have a place to call our own!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Stayed Christmas week and although weather wasn't the best there was plenty of to do. Great walks on the beach, several restaurants to choose from, shopping and fun activities for the family. Would definitely stay again. Owners very friendly and helpful.

We decorated the Christmas tree to lend some Christmas spirit for their family gatherings. The house is a perfect retreat for Christmas and New Year's. Chatham First Night is a seaside festival and a fun tradition for residents and visitors with music, shop receptions and fireworks to celebrate the New Year by the sea.

Great Family Vacation Location

Great Location near ocean. Enough space for everyone to spread out, yet get together to eat, play games and watch TV, or just sit and talk by the fireplace. Excellent for families with teenagers who need their WI FI and TV. Close to stores and movie theaters, and for day trips to Plymouth and Provincetown for fresh sea food and sights. Great location near exit 9. We had a great time and will surely return again. Right price for a weeks vacation.

Owner's Response: We were fortunate to welcome this family for Thanksgiving week. The Cape is the perfect destination for an off season retreat. The beaches are serene and the weather mild.
The house is ideal for family gatherings. Recent improvements include room air conditioners, new furniture, new mattresses, new mahogany deck and landscaping.

Sisters Vacation

My five sisters and I had an amazing time at our annual Sisters Vacation.
The house was hugh and having 3 showers was a plus. The home was clean and well maintained.
Close to shopping and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. Don't forget to visit their lovely gift shoppe. I would definately rent this home again and would recommend it to family and friends. I am looking forward to my return.

Owner's Response: The house is the perfect spot for family and friends to relax together. Three large sitting rooms on the first floor allow everyone their space and the expansive dining room brings everyone together to celebrate a special occasion or a quiet dinner. In summer, the outdoor deck extends the space and in the off-season the fireplace warms the gathering. Consider spending the holidays at the Beach House. Lovely house

Lovely house with plenty of space and well equipped. Easy access to beach nearby. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. Good location mid Cape - it is easy to go both coasts of the Cape.
