Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6), Wi/Fi

This two bedroom, two bath Condo has a good partial ocean view from living room and many special features. The unit has hardwood floor entry; step-down living room with sliding glass doors to north and west portions of wrap-around deck; and jacuzzi tub and make-up table in master Bath.

The second bedroom has glass slider onto the West deck and the master bedroom has glass slider onto the North deck- bedrooms are on opposite ends of this corner unit. Additional sleeping in living room with sofa-bed. 1000 square feet of living space and 400 square feet of deck give space for privacy, ocean views, and private view of tops of golden-fruited palms complete with green day geckos. It is a top floor (second floor) unit. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Our third stay at this condo was great, with all the comforts of home and more. It's so nice to have all the use of all the extras...coolers, beach chairs, snorkelling gear, beach towels and mats, etc. Great location. The unit is off of Ali'i Drive so we don't hear the traffic. Saw a pod of dolphins swim by on our first morning on the lanai. We'll be back.

The perfect basecamp on Hawaii

This place really made my parents, my children and myself really comfortable on our recent trip to Hawaii. We enjoyed the proximity to the center of Kona with its great shops and restaurants. The nearby beaches and coffee plantations. The condo has all that you need from a great view, nice porch to have breakfast and watch birds and the blue ocean. The bedrooms and baths are clean and nice. The assigned parking assures no hassles to get right up near the condo each time you return from the days adventures. Decor inside is a perfect amount of tropical prints and hawaiiana flavor. Overall I would suggest this place to anyone wanting to stay on the big island of hawaii. Very satisfied!

We could not have chosen a better location on the Big Island to stay and we are looking forward to returning again next year. As soon as we can lock a time in, we will be contacting you in hopes that this unit will not be booked .
The information you sent us was very helpful and gave us updated information and insight concerning restaurants as a lot has changed since our last visit to the Kona Side of the island.

perfect for family fun

The condo was perfect for the kids, completely turn key including beach chairs, snorkle gear kids floating rafts and a great swimming pool right on the coast with gorgeouse oceanviews. The layout was perfect with plenty of room and a huge wrap around lanai. Parking is very convenient and the laundry facility on site. Also the location is great only I would stay here again

Kona - a magical place

This is our 4th or 5th visit to one of G and G's condos in Kona. We have moved to larger units as our family grew. This time, we traveled with friends who stayed in the other condos while we stayed in this one. Our friends finally know what we mean when we tell them about how wonderful Kona is and how these condos are "just perfect"! Loved the balcony. We sat out there every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. We had such a wonderful time and came home rested and renewed. What a magical place!
