Don't be cramped in a small cottage. Relax in a spacious 8 room, 2-story Cape Cod home in a quiet family neighborhood. Relax on a hammock in the fenced-in backyard while the burgers are on the BBQ. The house is ideal for 2 families or extended families with 2 living rooms, eat-in kitchen, 5 large bedrooms (2 queens, 6 twins), 1 1/2 baths, outside enclosed shower, deck, 2 picnic tables, 2 TV's, DVD, washer/dryer. 5 minute stroll to Nantucket Sound beaches on Old Wharf Road. Spend the day at Hagis, Glendon, Depot, South Village or West Dennis Beaches. Go kayaking or fishing on Swan River. Take your bike on the Rail Trail thru the cranberry bogs, beaches, state park, and quaint villages of the Cape. nHouse is also walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, and antique shops, as well as the beach and Swan River. Make your family's memories happen. They probably will not remember what they got for Christmas or their birthday last year but they will remember their vacation!

Great place to stay in Dennisport!

This house was great! With two families and a few teenagers, the second family room came in very handy. It was clean, modernized, had plenty of room in back yard for sunning on the lawn chairs or hanging out at the table. One of the rooms with twin beds upstairs is accessible only through the master bedroom, so keep that in mind when planning who will sleep where. They also have large floor fans upstairs, which you will need if it gets hot and sticky.

On a dead-end road so there wasn't a lot of traffic, and right off a main road so it didn't take long to get most places.

The beach within walking distance is small and not great for older kids, but would be fine if you had little ones who just like to play in sand and water.

We would definitely stay here again if we were to travel with another family. I highly recommend it.
