Clean 2 bedroom ranch with walkout basement on 1/2 acre lot. New large outside shower, private backyard, deck, new queen size mattress, two twin beds. Walk to local pond, library, and small store. 1/4 mile to bike trail and about 2 miles to ocean beaches and 7 local bay beaches. Other closeby activities: Charter fishing (Rock Harbor & Wellfleet Harbor), whale watching, flea market, National Seashore Park walking trails and many restaurants.
