One story ranch with a private fenced-in back yard. Beachy in appearance, this house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a central dining & living area, four bedrooms & two full baths (one with whirlpool tub). Use of Corsair & Cross Rip Motel facilities on premises include indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools. No pets! Brochure available.

The Mate's House sits among the Corsair & Cross Rip Ocean Front Facilities. You have full use of their indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools and recreation building with kids game room. Close by enjoy island cruises, sightseeing cruises, whale and seal watch, jet skiing, parasailing. We are two miles from the Capes longest and best bike trail - 'the Rail Trail'.

Outside 'after swim' shower; one outdoor whirlpool that sits two people, 2 cable TVs; Umbrella table with chairs in front yard and redwood picnic table in back yard with gas grill. Hotel indoor pool is next to house and hotel beach, outdoor pools and whirlpools are across the street. Rental guests have full use of facilities offered to hotel guests. Concierge services available at front desk. We are a family resort and cater to families and couples. Linens, towels, soaps are included.
