The home is tastefully decorated, meticulously maintained and beautifully furnished. Lots of glass, vaulted and beamed ceilings, high hat lighting, ceiling fans, cherry wood kitchen cabinetry,quartz countertop, new SS appliances and a nautical motif, complement the decor in this getaway home. It is raised above the ocean on a 30 foot sand dune, accommodating views from the canal to Provincetown. Extras: HS Internet, deck, whirlpool tub, picnic table, two chaise lounges, deck chairs, 100 lb mooring, terrific views and private sandy beach. Linens my be provided at an additional fee.

This wonderful contemporary is centrally located between Hyannis and Provincetown. It is only minutes from Orleans, Brewster, Welfleet, Chatham, freshwater ponds, oceanside beaches, bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, National Seashore Visitor center, Rock Harbor, local windmills and lighthouses. Walking north (on the sand) from First Encounter Beach you'll arrive at this home in approximately 15 minutes. If you continue north you'll arrive at Kingsbury Beach in about the same amount of time.. Of course, their is great swimming, sun bathing , boating and fishing from our own private child friendly sandy beach!

Best vacation ever

It was all we imagined and more! Bathrooms and bedrooms on each floor made it very accessable and the private beach was beautiful. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were magnificent. I would rent this home again in an instant. My family and I had a wonderful vacation that will be remembered forever.

The house is even lovelier than in looks in the pictures, and the location is perfect for a family vacation. We had a toddler and an infant, and being right on the beach made it easy to accommodate everyone's schedule. Looking forward to a return visit!
