Newer year round home across the street from Haigis Beach. All rooms are on one floor. 2 full baths. Modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms, full basement with washer & dryer. Color TV with cable and DVD/VCR, stereo radio/CD player. Fireplace and large deck with a view of the ocean. Nice lawn and yard. Upstairs addition is not finished and is closed off from the rental. Please e-mail us for inquiries. We have been a CyberRentals member since 1997.

Our summer vacation rental review

This rental was a mixed bag for us. We have rented in Dennisport for 6 years in a row now. We really liked the location of the property, and the landscape was beautiful. We ran into some probelms when the fridge and freezer stopped working. The very old TV in the living room keep breaking down as well. The owners were right there to help and provide us with a mini fridge and fix the TV but there was a lot of aggrivation with loading and unloading our food, and there were multiple visits from the owners with in the first few days. I think the inside needs some updating, IE: new TV, fridge, pull up the old shag orange/brown rug. Again the owners were very nice, but when you rent a property you don't want to have to keep calling them with problems. Also, the house was very clean which is very important to me, I don't like having to clean when I get to a rental. The owners also allowed youto arrive early as long as the previous rentors were gone and house was clean. So, I would rent this property again and I would also recommend this property to friends and family.
