This charming home is located in the heart of West Tisbury, on the island of Martha's Vineyard. The beautiful plush green yard and gardens surrounding the home provide relaxing privacy on both front and back decks. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a sitting room with a fireplace and a parlor grand piano. The family room is a 24 ft octagon with new overstuffed furniture and a large screen, HD television equipped with Direct TV, DVD player, VCR, and surround sound. There are two couches on the first floor that pullout to queen-size beds. On the second floor are two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen, and a full bath with a shower and large tub. On the third floor are two open rooms with a queen-size bed and a queen futon. All the mattresses are new. The two upper floors are equipped with window air-conditioners. Outside there are four decks.

The island offers swimming and fishing on many public beaches as well. The different towns on the Vineyard offer shopping at boutiques, browsing in art galleries, dining to please any palette, viewing colorful gingerbread cottages, whaling captain houses and lighthouses, hiking nature reserves, enjoying theater and live entertainment. Located in West Tisbury you are next to beautiful walking and biking paths. August on the Vineyard offers fireworks, the agricultural fair, and grand illumination night.
