Well-loved country home located just 2 miles from Mount Snow is available for holiday rental during 2009-2010 ski season. Private residential area on plowed road. Convenient to vast snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, shopping, movies, restaurants and nightlife. Home features large bedroom (full) and bath on first floor, along with a fully equipped kitchen, den with cable TV and VCR/DVD, living room with fireplace and dining area. Upstairs features 2 additional bedrooms (full in each), an enclosed loft with 2 sets of bunks, and a second bath. Open and bright floor plan with cathedral ceiling and a large fireplace makes this home warm and inviting. PLEASE NOTE - We have installed new mahogany hardwood floors on the entire first floor. The photos are from last season before the new floors were installed and the grey carpet in the photos has been removed.

warm and cozy house - very close to Mt. Snow!

Me and my wife spent 4 days here for a ski trip to Mount Snow with some friends and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is very private and has a great use of space. The bedrooms are nice and the downstairs area is a great place for everyone to get together. The house very easily slept 10 people.

The house itself has a very warm and comfortable feeling to it and the owner was great to work with.

Mount Snow is right around the corner and less than a 5 minute drive -- perfect for any ski bum. We definitely plan to come back in the future!

Perfect vacation House

We had a blast! The house is very open and bright....not your typical VT ski house. The layout was perfect for our 2 families, 5 kids and 2 dogs. The house has many personal touches from the owners which make you feel very comfortable and "at home". The large dryer was great for drying the kids ski clothes each night, and the seating area around the fireplace was a great place for the adults to relax while the kids were cozy in the TV area. The kitchen area is a typical size, and accomodates a full size microwave and dishwasher which we missed in a previous rental property. The house is also close enough to Mount Snow that we could run back and forth when we realized we had forgotten items at the house (only a 5 minute drive).

its tough to look at a website and decide on a house- we picked this house and crossed our fingers! luckily, its the perfect ski house! the pictures don't do this house justice- it has a terrific layout - 2 adult bedrooms and a kids room that sleeps at least 4 kids and a bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bath downstairs. the living areas are great too - theres a large tv area with an L shaped couch and also another sitting area with 2 couches around the fireplace. the kitchen is big and convienent. we spent 3 days there with 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. the house is 2 minutes max from the mountain and even closer to town.
the house was clean and cozy and the owners were a pleasure to deal with - we'll be back and highly recommend!!
