Description of the West Tisbury vacation house rental
Pets are possible, please inquire. A lovely contemporary located on 1.4 acres with large, grassed area. The nicely furnished interior is bright and sunny with a second floor living/dining area which opens to a large wrap-around deck. The home has a nicely appointed and equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and an outside shower. Two bedrooms open into a large yard. The neighborhood abuts Longpoint Nature Preserve/Beach with its great surf beach and small quiet pond.

beach at 1.5 Miles
Enjoy nearby Longpoint Beach with its stellar surf beach and warm, shallow pond as well as the bike path in the State Forest.
We rent from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival time is 4:00 pm and departure time is 12:00 noon. You can come into either Oak bluffs or Vineyard haven on the ferry. We are about 15 minutes from both ferry docks.

- This is an upside down house. The bedrooms are on the lower floor. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms open into the back yard. There are two bedrooms both with queen sized beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which are adult sized.

The big grassy yard is a wonderful place to relax in a hammock or sit in a lawn chair. It is also great place for the kids to play. The yard is away from the road in the rear of the house. A horse-shoe pit is on the side of the yard.
Guests may use the canoe.
We now have high speed internet, and cable TV, including music.
