A fully enclosed sun porch with windows and screens offers a refuge for those who seek total relaxation. The Cottage is just one house removed from Pleasant Point Landing & beach; an inner Wellfleet Harbor community, located behind the southern tip of Historic Indian Neck. This estuary-marsh front neighborhood has a sandy swim-able tidal beach; a great launching area for canoes, kayaks and beach walks. Pleasant Point Landing's beach is accessed by a private community walking path adjacent to the properties driveway. Whatever experience you are seeking, let Bountiful Cottage show you the way. Town Beachs Sticker Office/Town Pier: Except for our Pleasant Point neighborhood beach, a beach permit is required for all other Town Ocean and Bay Beaches from the third Saturday in June, till Labor Day. 2012 beach parking permit fees are: * 3 - Day: $40 * 1 - week: $75 * 2 - week: $135 * Season: $250
They are available at the Beach Sticker Booth on the Town Pier, Sunday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Your car registration, and a beach parking permit form, or a lease, signed by your landlord, are required as proof of renting in Wellfleet. Personal checks are not accepted at the Beach Sticker Booth. A $15 daily fee is charged for parking at White Crest and Cahoon Hollow beaches. Parking is free at Mayo Beach

A. Yes. Sheets for 1 Queen & 1 Full bed(s), 2 Full-size sofa pull-outs, 1 single chaise lounge, and pull-out ottoman.
However, sheets, towels and beach towels are available for a $150 surcharge.

Due to many neighbor concerns, it is suggested NOT to leave pets alone/unattended in/on the property.
