Turn of the century, spacious restored well-appointed, artfully decorated waterfront home in the village of Monument Beach. Directly on Phinneys Harbor, known for good sailing, swimming, kayaking. This home has a 50' porch facing water to view spectacular sunsets. The interior has a wonderful, airy open feeling, formal dining room, living room with window seat with great view, gourmet kitchen (large eat-in), pantry and a bathroom. Bedrooms are all upstairs, 3 bedrooms overlook water and master bedroom has a sun deck. Bath house is on the ground floor, includes dry bar, refrigerator, microwave, changing rooms, large shower area, washer & dryer.

Location


Swimming, sailing, kayaking, playground, tennis court, softball field 100 yards from home. Town beach with lifeguard - 200 yards from home. Near conservation areas for walking and bike trails. Great restaurants 5-30 minutes away. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Sport fishing charters, whale watching, museums: Aptuxcet, Sandwich Glass, Heritage Plantation, Plimouth Plantation, Mayflower.
