It is a modern apartment, built in 2005, is located in the heart of Vila Real de Santo António, on the 2nd floor with 2 lifts, facing south. He has about 110 square meters, two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a living / dining, a separate kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer / refrigerator, iron, microwave, stove 4 rings, oven, toaster, vacuum cleaner, dishes and cutlery, cups, glasses, all that is needed to prepare meals)

Great apartment

We have spent two very enjoyable holidays staying in this great apartment. Because it is a corner apartment it is bright and airy, with a real feeling of space. The apartment is situated right in the middle of VRSA, beside the municipal market , perfect for really fresh local fish and veg. Despite being in the thick of things we found the apartment to be quiet at night and we had no trouble with noise.
The apartment is very well equipped and has air conditioning as well as electric heaters – though over Christmas we only used the heaters a couple of times.
VRSA itself is an interesting local town, with a very pleasant walk through woodland to the magnificent beach at Monte Gordo. The town runs along the Guadiana river and a short ferry trip takes you across to Ayamonte in Spain – there is an hour in the difference so try tapas before lunch!! I would definitely recommend this apartment and we look forward to staying in it again.
