This property allows groups to spread out in comfort, with many large living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, 9 bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. With 16 beds (4Q,4D,8T) + 2 sofa beds, it comfortably accommodates, for example, 9-16+ individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred. Groups of 14 are the norm, with half smaller, half larger. We limit the number of people to maintain the high quality of our property in 'like-new' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants. Great for our family

We had our children and grandchildren at this well-stocked house (5 kids 8 and under). It worked beautifully--walked to town for ice cream, played ball in the back yard, ate breakfast( from the next-door coffee shop) on the deck. The little ones couldn't walk to the beaches, but it was a short ride to Oyster Pond with easy parking and access, or longer to Lighthouse area with a lovely beach. The outside shower was great.
Kitchens are well-stocked, furnishings are attractive and easy for families. The owners are lovely to deal with.
We took advantage of Chatham Fish Pier and had lobsters, went to the playground with the kids (walkable), and to Buffy's for ice cream constantly!
It's a beautiful area and a great house.

My family has been enjoying annual family re-unions over Columbus Day weekends going on 5-years now. Since most of us live in New England; naturally we chose the most beautiful town on Cape Cod; Chatham. Finding a home large enough to host 16 people was a lot easier than we thought it would be. That is because we found this fantastic home in a great location. This gem is always meticulously clean, extremely well-stocked and equipped, very close to exquisite Chatham Village and an easy walk to Coast Guard Beach. The owners of this property are sticklers for details; extremely customer oriented, professional and true joys to deal with.

This home has something for everyone. It's adorned with beautiful furniture, plenty of space for socializing, very well-stocked kitchens, privacy for those quiet moments, a large deck in the rear of the home and a quaint front porch to enjoy a good book. The 3rd floor is very spacious with several beds and a full bathroom. This area is perfect for the kids.

This home is a true gem in very close proximity to all Chatham has to offer. We all recommend it highly!
