*Property Update* This unit is now great for allergy sufferers! It is fully tiled with brand new area rugs. Spacious patio home w/ beautiful golf course view in the Middlecott/Allerton village of Ocean Edge Resort (Brewster). Freshly painted and tastefully decorated, this 2 BR/1 BA home sleeps 4-6. Master BR has queen-size bed, dresser, cable TV/DVD, walk-in closet and A/C. Second bedroom has (2) twin beds, dresser, and a sunny window seat area. Living room has cable TV, A/C unit, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and opens to a private patio. Wireless internet access throughout house! Fully equipped kitchen w/ cafe table & (2) chairs. Patio with BBQ grill, table and (4) chairs. Rental includes pool passes, golf and tennis access. Unit cleaned professionally before each guest's arrival. At Ocean Edge you'll enjoy: Golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, hiking/biking trails (bike rental on-site), indoor/outdoor swimming, restaurants (3 on-site), and the charm of Brewster's Main Street - all within walking distance from our unit. Five minutes from Ocean Edge you'll find the fabulous Nickerson State Park, several public bayside beaches (fun/warm tide pools!), and a number of fresh-water ponds accesible from the bike trail. Additionally, because of Brewster's central location, you can explore the entire Cape easily. Both Provincetown and Woods Hole are about a one hour drive away. Ferries to Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket Island leave from nearby Hyannis (about 25 min. away) throughout the day. Most Cape communities schedule special events throughout the summer including minor league baseball, open air concerts, and summer stock theater. Cape Cod activities are unique and endless!

    Short-term lease available October - April including utilities & local phone service.
  • $350 rental deposit.
    Owner will email rental contract to tenant to be signed and returned with deposit PLUS 1/2 weekly rental amount. Remaining balance to be paid 45 days prior to check-in.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod and couldn't have been betterly located. This place was clean, bright and right across from the reef cafe and pool. the owners were great to deal with as well. i would highly recommend it.

Really Nice Home, Very Clean and Newly Renovated

We had a great time at Ocean's Edge. This home is very clean and tastefully decorated. All new furnishings and very uncluttered (great quality in a rental!) Resort has many pools, tennis courts, a basketball court and right on the bike path. This unit is good because it is close to the entrance which is a much shorter ride to town on a bike with young kids. Brewster is very quaint and has many restaurants but not the "built-up part of the Cape". We had a great time!
