3 Bedroom House:
The Coffey House is a weekly, monthly and seasonal rental. Winter Rates are $1500 to $2000 per month. Begins October 1, 2008.
Rates for 2008 are $2400 per week. Begins June 30th and ends August 25th.
April through June 29th discounted at 20% ($1680 per week).
August 25th through October 1st discounted at 20% ($1680 per week).
Any 2 week stay is discounted at 10%.
One half total amount due will reserve home, if available upon receipt of deposit. Confirmation will be sent to you.
The Coffey House is available for Winter rentals also: e-mail for information - Ask about renting our cottage for extra sleeping accommodations. Weekly, monthly and seasonal rental of 3-bedroom home/1-bedroom cottage...completely furnished. There are some weeks available for the cottage which is also available as a seasonal rental after September at $950/month. See pictures of cottage on my website in the owner contact information.
