Sehr schönes Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Das Haus gehört zu einer Ferienhausanlage, die teils privat und teils über eine Rezeption vermietet wird (Senhora da Rocha). Zu der Anlage gehört ein kleiner Supermarkt, der morgens eine große Auswahl frischer Backwaren anbietet. Zu dem gibt es 3 Außenpools (Babybecken, Süßwasserbecken und Salzwasserbecken) und einen überdachten Pool in dem auch 2x tägl. Wassergymnastik angeboten wird. Die Poolbar bietet Frühstückbuffet, viele Speisen a la carte und abends auch ein Buffet. Die Gästestrucktur der Anlage ist sehr international.
Die Anlage ist ca. 2 km von Armacao de Pera entfernt. Dieser Ort liegt an einem langen flachen Sandstrand. Armacao de Pera ist leider sehr durch seine Hochhäusern (70er Jahre) geprägt, bietet jedoch viele Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen.
Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und in einem guten Zustand. Der wunderschöne Strand befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Anlage und ist über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Kontaktperson, die uns den Schlüssel ausgehändigt hat spricht sehr gut deutsch.Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Bonita casa y urbanización, horrible los mosquitos

Mi marido y yo estuvimos en esta casa del 3 al 17 de agosto de este año 2013, con nuestro bebé de 10 meses. La casa es bonita y cómoda, con bonitas vistas y pegado a la zona de las piscinas, el restaurante y el mini market, lo que hace muy cómodo el día a día. La urbanización es preciosa y muy cómoda. Toda llena de vegetación y flores y muy cuidada y con vistas al mar por todas partes. Tal y como me dijo la dueña, es perfecta para estar tranquila con la familia sin necesidad de salir a ningún sitio... La ubicación, en medio del Algarve, te permite hacer muchas excursiones a las zonas de alrededor y es estupenda... Como negativo: el aire acondicionado de una de las dos habitaciones estaba estropeado y no pudimos disfrutarlo en los 15 días de alquiler; la pintura de la casa está muy estropeada debido a humedades varias; y en la cocina falta algún mueble para almacenar la comida, algo que nos obligó a tener la comida por el medio durante toda la estancia, sobre todo encima de la mesa del comedor, que no pudimos usarla por este motivo. Sin embargo, lo peor de todo fueron los mosquitos, que había muchísimos, sobre todo al atardecer y por las noches. Tuvimos que gastar mucho dinero en antimosquitos, repelentes, etc etc y a partir de las 6-7 pm no podías estar en la piscina ni disfrutar de la terraza y sus vistas ni nada, lo que nos disgustó mucho. Desde esa hora y hasta el día siguiente o te quedabas encerrado en la casa, sin poder salir a nada, o cogíamos el coche y nos íbamos de excursión a otras zonas. Al parecer, según los medios locales, este año ha habido una plaga de mosquitos en Armaçao de Pera, el pueblo más cercano, debido a unos colectores de unas obras que se rompieron; el Gobierno intentó fumigar pero apenas se notaba y muchos turistas extranjeros hasta se volvían a sus países y se iban del pueblo... Lo importante es saber si realmente ha sido un hecho aislado o si en esa zona siempre hay bastantes mosquitos. Según la dueña no. Si no hubiera mosquitos, nosotros sí volveríamos a alquilar la casa, porque en conjunto nos gustó mucho.

Owner's Response: Fue enviado un electricista durante las vacaciones, para reparar el aire acondicionado, que sólo no lo ha hecho, para no causar molestias porque la reparación sería intensa, que le obligavan los viajeros a quedarse en casa durante una mañana / tarde o todo el día. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado ha sido reparado y está listo para utilisar.
Toda la casa fue pintada el año pasado, la humedad era en un punto particular, debido a un tejo roto que ya se ha reparado.
Para almacenar la comida, hay un compartimento encima de la nevera disponible y otro a lado del horno. Si todavía no es suficiente, tiene una encimera en la cocina con 1,80 metros disponibles para hacerlo, y por lo tanto consigue una mesa de comedor disponible de dos metros para las comidas.
Los mosquitos son factores ajenos a mí y la casa que yo no puedo controlarlo. Fue una situación aislada y completamente anormal. No se acostumbra asuceder estas plagas en el Algarve. De todas las formas ya se han resuelto, desde finales de Agosto principios de Septiembre no había más mosquitos.

Sitio belissimo

Adoramos o aldeamento vila senhora da rocha. A casa estava muito bem situada, perto de tudo. Aquela vista da varanda é de uma beleza rara. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para umas férias descançadas.
As nossas crianças adoraram as piscinas e o jardim que envolve as piscinas. Foram umas férias para repetir para o ano no mesmo sitio e no mesmo mês, longe da confusão do agosto. Aconselho vivamente principalmente para quem tem crianças. A D. Juliana foi sempre muito simpática e prestável. Muito obrigada pelas excelentes férias.

Paraíso no Algarve

Passamos uma semana de ferias muito agradaveis, numa localização excelente, longe da confusão e junto a natureza. A casa, inserida num aldeamento muito tranquilo e bem cuidado, fica mesmo junto do acesso a praia. Toda a zona envolvente é belíssima sendo possivel caminhar pela falésia e descobrir outras praias quase desertas. A casa esta muito bem equipada. Sem dúvida que recomendamos e esperamos um dia poder voltar.

Our Lady of the Rock, located in the Algarve and known for great weather, is the perfect place for leisure, for a family holiday or sports. It lies roughly halfway between Faro and Sagres making it an ideal place to enjoy the many attractions the Algarve has to offer.

Our Lady of the Rock is near the coastal town of Armacao de Pera, the center of wine production Lagoa, Porches and potteries. There are several golf courses that can be used throughout the year, being the closest in Salgados.

You will find all around, from golf, tennis, diving and beach. The villa is close to many other amenities, including golf courses, water parks and other attractions.

The villa is situated on a cliff with direct access to the beach, near the restaurant, the bar and its 3 pools, mini market, tennis court and dive shop.

The sun is present most of the time, making this one of the best places for holidays throughout the year.

Our Lady of the Rock is located close to Armacao de Pera, a busy little town with many restaurants, cafes, a local indoor market, a fishing fleet and fish market and one of the longest beaches in the Algarve. It is approximately 25 minutes walk from Our Lady of the Rock, but if you prefer you can also go by bus or taxi. You can enjoy the covered market, open every day except Sunday. Saturdays can see local producers with their stalls, selling products only from their own production. On the seafront has the tourist information center from which you can get details about the area and its attractions.

If you rent or have a car, you can also visit: Algarve Shopping, Sir Cliff Richard's Vineyard, Algarve Zoo and Krazy World, Zoomarine, Aqua Land, Slide and Splash, Guide, Vilamoura, Portimão, Quarteira, Silves, Monchique / Caldas de Monchique, Lagos and Sagres.
