MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD 1 MONTH (4 WEEKS) An ideal rental property for 1 person or a couple on an extended stay in London who are looking for a home-from-home. It is a split level, one-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of an end-of-terrace Victorian house. The apartment has been decorated and furnished with loving care as it the home of the owners when they come to England. Located in a quiet road with resident parking and just 100 meters away from shops and the bus stop. Finsbury Park underground/train and bus station (Zone 2) is only a 10 minute walk away. The living room has a Victorian fireplace and a large bay window overlooking a Gothic church. There is a TV, DVD, phone and internet, dining table and comfy sofa . Fully equipped kitchen incl. toaster, washing machine, food processor, kettle etc. The spacious bathroom has a bath tub and shower. Steps lead from the entrance hall to the lower-level bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, double glazed window.

This apartment is located in Stroud Green, a popular, multi-cultural area of North London with numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and transport facilities with the added advantage that the cost of living is more affordable than the more touristy areas of London. The accommodation is in a quiet side road within easy walking distance of all facilities. It is also very quick to get to central London from here. It only takes 10 minutes on the Underground to reach Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street. Finsbury Park train station also has direct services out of London to Cambridge, Windsor and Oxford.
