Enjoy the best the Vineyard has to offer in this comfortable and beautiful home. Hardwood floors throughout, tiled baths and kitchen, waterviews from most of the windows. The post-and-beam Great Room is open to dining and kitchen areas. Brick terrace with water feature leads to private beach and lovely grounds. Large sunny mahogany deck with water views on the south side. Two first floor bedrooms and master suite on second floor with Jacuzzi and tiled shower. . Fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful wood cabinets and breakfast bar. Enjoy privacy and quiet in this lovely home in a very special setting. Neptune Washer/dryer, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, side-by-side Refrigerator, Sunbeam mixmaster, Cuisinart processor, Satellite TV, Braun coffee maker, double electric ovens, gas cook top, gas grill. Beds made and linens provided.

Less than a 10-minute drive to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs, the house is centrally located to all island towns. Swim or boat on the Lagoon and there is great fishing near the house in the freshwater pond. Quiet but for the sound of the birds and the waterfall on the terrace, this is a wonderful setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

- Both of the bathrooms are tiled and the whole house has beautiful Yellow Pine Floors. The downstairs bath is in two sections with the toilet and sink in the first room, and the tiled tub/shower in the second room. There is a skylight in the tub/shower area for light and ventilation. There is an outdoor shower just off of the kitchen. The second floor has the master bath with the 6' jacuzzi tub and generous tiled shower stall. The counter is tiled, there is a skylight for light and ventilation, and there is a water view from a small octagonal window above the tub.

- The master bedroom and bath in this house are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, and waterviews of the Pond. The beautiful master bath is tiled with 6' jacuzzi tub and tiled shower. There are beautiful Yellow Pine floors throughout The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and are right next to one another. One bedroom has a set of twin beds and built-in bookshelves and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and closet. There is a comfortable Queen pull-out sofa at the end of the Great Room for additional company. There is a full bath on each floor.
