Charming 1500 sq ft custom built new home on 1.7 acres off Old County Road in the center of West Tisbury. 10 minutes to Vineyard Haven town and ferry, 10 minutes to town beach, 5 minute walk to state forest bike paths and hiking trails. Beautiful first floor interior with custom tiled kitchen counter tops, maple cabinets, Jenn-air range, two dishwashers, screened porch, washer/dyer, full bathroom, 3rd bedroom, outdoor Weber grill, and a beautiful cedar deck with outdoor shower. Upstairs features master bedroom, custom master bath with jacuzzi and shower, sun deck off of master bedroom, 2nd bedroom. Finished basement is ideal for sleepovers with plenty of couches and pullout sofa bed. 5 minute walk to association pool and tennis courts.
