My two-year stay

My wife and I lived in this flat for almost two years. The apartment has many updated and upgraded features, including steam shower, washer/dryer, granite-top kitchen, flat-screen TV. A new elevator provides easy access. An assigned garage parking protects your car. The views from the balcony are amazing. During the summer months, you get sunsets directly over the ocean. You can hear the waves and smell the sea air. The water is only one block away. Being in the heart of La Jolla Village, so many shops are only steps away. And the owner is very responsive to tenant needs. I highly recommend.
