Apartment for 4 people in one of the best areas of Barcelona

Wonderful apartment with sea views situated in the coastal district of Sant Marti Front Maritim in Poble Nou district, bordering El Universal Forum of Cultures.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom, living room with sea views and kitchen, fully equipped with the necessary equipment to enjoy the apartment. It also includes a parking space.

Access to the apartment can be by elevator and is located in the area near the Parc Diagonal Mar. The apartment is surrounded by the gardens of Joan Fuster i Ortells and upscale hotels because of its wonderful location. Close to the apartment is the workshop of renowned designer Mariscal and the School of Hospitality in Barcelona, ??where students prepared an excellent menu for an unbeatable price.

A few meters away lie the beaches of the Mar Bella and Nova Mar Bella where you can enjoy Mediterranean, have a cocktail in the bars chill-out, or walk or skate for their wonderful boardwalk that links to the Olympic Port and Barceloneta

We can access the apartment through: Tourist Bus (a bus stop just below), Tram (Pere IV stations and Fluvia) city bus (41 bus stop 20m), metro (subway station L4 Poblenou)

The area is characteristic sport "Windsurfing", but we can also find other sports facilities (port for sailing, soccer field, diving and windsurfing center "Vanasdive", a wonderful sports complex (Esportiu Mar Bella Center, etc.). )
