Perfect Vacation Retreat

What a great place for a Cape getaway. It was both private but handy to town and the beaches. With all the modern conveniences but Cape Cod charm, we were delighted with our vacation. We'll be back!

Don't Waste Your Time

Landlord did not return security deposit within 30 days, as mandated by Massachusetts State Law. When I contacted him after 30 days had passed, he informed me that there were many "issues" that he wanted to discuss with me and that he was not refunding the entire security deposit. He should have done this prior to the 30 day limitation. Apparently he doesn''t feel that the laws set by the state of Massachusetts apply to him. Otherwise, he would have abided by the law and done what was right.

In the end, trying to work anything out with him is pointless. He completely stopped responding to e-mails and ignored the situation, thus leaving the issue unresolved.

There are so many beautiful homes in Provincetown......don't waste your time with this one.

This is a very nice house in a great location. Private but close enough to walk into town and to the beach. It has everything stated in the ad and I felt that it was actually larger than what I was expecting. Plenty of room for 6 of us. We are renting again !!!
