Tiberio is a raised ground floor apartment (only 6 steps) and it consists of a large living room with dining area, single sofa bed and direct access to the garden and to a terrace (18sqm), kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster), one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom, a second bathroom with shower.

Facilities: air-conditioning, dishwasher, TV, iron and ironing board.

Communal facilities: fenced garden with a large pergola, shared swimming pool (6m x 22m, depth 1.2-3m) equipped with sun beds, hot shower.
