This is a bright & clean Cottage with parking, big back yard & just a 5 minute walk to Tea Dance as well as Stop & Shop. Located on a West End residential street, it is often quiet at night with crickets and stars. There is a big bedroom (8'x17') with 2 closets & 'eat-in' living room (11'-6''x12'). The kitchen is fully equipped for that ''at home'' feeling when you return from the beach or a night out. The Kitchen & Bathroom have been recently renovated. The Yard includes an exclusive fenced area, outdoor shower, picnic table with umbrella & gas grill. Beaches, dining & galleries are all close by. Private Shed space is also provided for your usage. Comcast Wireless Connection available. Coin-operated washer & dryer on location. Friendly owner lives next door so requests can be quickly addressed. Will consider mature, trained pet at extra cost. Owner is a licensed massage therapist offering on site massages at reasonable rates.

A Pleasant Neighborhood: We are a friendly, close knit neighborhood that welcomes our visitors & their pets. Pleasant Street consists of single family homes or small condo associations. No Guest Inns, B&Bs or Hotels are found on the street, which makes the area less noisy & busy. Pleasant Street is very close to everything: center of town, entertainment, coffee shops, stores & of course, the new Stop & Shop (a big plus for those of us who like quality eating at home). With a full service kitchen in the cottage, you're saving big bucks right there. On the corner of Bradford Street & Pleasant Street, there is a quaint, locally owned family diner called Tip For Tops'n. (I think it stands for 'Tip' of the Cape for 'Tops in' food or service or something. It's a locally owned and operated diner.) Leave your worries behind & enjoy the peaceful space of the Cottage. Saturday to Saturday rental.

History: The Cottage has been the typical renter's dream for many years now due to it's choice location in a residential neighborhood. The spacious back yard and off street parking are welcomed reliefs during the busy summer season. It is close to the waterfront and Commercial Street. Typically, the Cottage has been rented out weekly and seasonally. Last year I took a break from this pattern and rented it out to year round tenants. Due to many calls from former renters, I have resumed the weekly and seasonal rentals. It's also a nice way to see those friendly and familiar faces again.

Stayed in P-town 15x, and this stay was the most affordable, due to the fact; it has a kitchen that is set up to actually cook, and the price is so great. I loved the location, and the owner (Suzanne is wonderful)she goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The cottage is cute, and has eveything one would need on vacation. My boyfriend, and I will be going back.

We throughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. Thanks Suzanne for allowing our dog, Maca, to come on vacation with us! The place is conviniently located, comfortable, and well equiped. We had a fabulous time and look forward to our next vacation there.

The cottage at 35 Pleasant Street is a gem. It is comfortable, fully equipped and an easy walk to the town grocery store and the wharves. We enjoyed using the outdoor gas barbecue several times. The landlady recently installed a coin-operated washer and dryer, a tremendous asset in a town with no laundry mat. She is quick to respond to any requests. She helped us install a dial-up Internet connection, which allowed us to work online and keep in touch with family and friends. I highly recommend it.

Todd and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Suzanne was alot of fun and very accommodating. We loved how quiet and relaxing the cottage was even though it was so close to downtown. We look forward to returning again!
