Everything on web is accurate and more! Walked in and just like the pictures so very homey and comfortable. Completely equipped as listed and working and super clean. Spent 2 weeks exploring the Cape and access is easy to any place. Complete privacy but Kathy and Mike will help if wanted, super hosts. Help me set up the wifi,DVD . Can easily stay there for a good number of days with such a well equipped apartment. I took early morning walks around the neighborhood and as single woman felt completely safe. The birds and I became well acquainted! I would without hesitation recommend this place . An amazing new library, great grocery store Roche and Mashpee Commons shopping area about 1/2 mile away. But Kathy and Mike"s place is in a beautiful quiet residential removed from traffic. Jean

We feel so fortunate to have found this incredible place when looking for a weekend away. Kathy and Mike were very kind and helped us feel completely at home. The suite is large, private, and filled with everything you might need - towels, extra sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker - everything! We enjoyed the opportunity to speak with Kathy and Mike while we stayed in their suite and appreciate their recommendations of things to do and places to go. They had great tips on beaches and knew what was going on in town. Not only that, but they treated us like friends.

Thank you, Mike & Kathy for opening your home to us! We're so lucky to have met you and look forward to another visit soon!

This is one of those rare instances where the accommodations and overall experience are even better than the pictures suggest. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 lovely nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large, clean, thoughtfully furnished and everything was very comfortable.

But the best part for us was how far Kathy went to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From greeting us right when we arrived late at night, to her countless daily tips and recommendations for things to do and see on the Cape, you can tell that Kathy not only loves the Cape, but that she is eager to make sure her guests leave loving it as well. Many thanks to Kathy and Mike for being great hosts and we look forward to a future return visit.

This place is fantastic. It is very clean, spotless! And just like in the included pictures it is very bright and warm. This place has everything you might need to feel like you are home. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. They told us about all the cool things to do and places to see. Beach is very close but if you feel like taking a break from the sand then you can enjoy the beautiful backyard. My recommendation; bring bicycles with you, there is very nice ride to the beach.
