The house is large, has 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 lounge, 2 bathrooms, surrounded by a big yard where it receives sun all day. It is possible to barbecue and eat outdoors because it has adapted to such a zone. The area where the house is located is very quiet, ideal for relaxing after the rides. At 50 feet, there is a grocery store with a bar. This 25 minutes on foot from the center of Ponta do Sol, where you can find health center, shopping center, hairdresser, bank, playground, supermarket.
