COTTAGE consists of 3 bedrooms and sleeping loft (king-size, 2 twins, 1 full, 1 queen (in loft).1 bath, screened dining porch with sliders, kitchen, 1full bath and outdoor shower. Adjoining apartment with eat-in kitchen and bath sleeps 4, has bedroom with kingsize bed,sofa bed in sitting room with fireplace and private outside deck. ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM OF 12 OCCUPANTS DUE TO SEPTIC SYSTEM AND RENTAL RESTRICTIONS. STRICTLY ENRORCED! off season rate $1800 per week MAY AND SEPTEMBER OFF SEASON $1800. PER WEEK OTHER AMENITIES:: A/C units (3), cable TVs, microwave, coffeemakers, Washer/Dryer, beach and lawn furniture. Close to popular shops & eating establishments, great antiques. Just under 1/2 Mile to Pt. of Rocks Beach on Cape Cod Bay.

Betty's Cottage on Cape Cod

This cottage is well located on Cape Cod with convenient access to everything. It is a short walk to Brewster Flats. Everyone needs to walk the flats at low tide. The tide goes out almost one mile. We have stayed at Betty's cottage since 1992. The interior is clean and comfortable. There is ample parking. Our favorate restaurant is Squires Inn in Chatham. Best clam chowder on the Cape. If you want lobster there is a great place on Lower Road, less than one mile from the cottage. Place your order, pick it up and enjoy on the picnic table on the porch. Don't feel like making breakfast; walk to Brewster Coffee Shop. There are plenty of golf courses in close proximity. Play tennis, go to Sesuit Tennis courts in Dennis, about a 15 minute drive on Route 6A.
