This beautiful 2/3 is located on the south (Gulf!) side of Cty HiWay 30A in beautiful Sunset Beach. Your stay will be safe and secure located within our private gated community. Just steps from the Gulf and only minutes from great restaurants, good golf, and discount mall shopping, this lovely cottage is a top-notch vacation home for you!

Professionally decorated in a tropical motif, our cottage features a full kitchen with GE profile stainless appliances, granite countertops and full cooking utensils. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with supplied linens as well as a pull-out full size bed on the lower level. Bedrooms each have their own balcony and always seem to have a gentle breeze blowing through.

My family had a great thanksgiving here in this great cottage! Close to Rosemary and Aly Beach--steps away from the pool and beach access. Loved it!!!

Perfect spot for family

My husband, small dog, 10 month old baby and I spent a week in this house in October. It was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and the house is very comfortable. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen was fully equipped. It is extremely close to the beach and a short walk to wonderful restaurants and other activities in Rosemary Beach. We walked just about everywhere we needed to go! The area is extremely pet friendly and we enjoyed being able to take our dog with us wherever we went. We had a great time here and plan to come back!

We spent a week at this nice, comfortable house. The house is nicely furnished and decorated. It's location is perfect, especially if you have little ones, you are within 3 minutes walk from the beach and the pool. The owner was very nice to work with.

Charming Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay in this comfy cottage. It was much more spacious than we imagined it would be and was decorated in bright, cheerful colors. The furniture was very comfortable with lots of seating room for eating and lounging. My husband and I stayed for 5 days with our sweet 4 legged baby girl. We really appreciate the graciousness of the owners to allow us to have our pet with us. We loved taking our baby girl for walks to nearby Rosemary Beach to dine at Summer Kitchen and Wild Olives. We had a great time staying in this lovely neighborhood, making friends and sharing stories of our vacation adventures. The little boy next door caught a huge crab and was so proud he had to tell all of the neighbors. They cooked it and ate it for dinner! We look forward to coming back again and will recommend it to all of our family and friends.

We loved our stay in your beautiful cottage! The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, as well as the rest of the cottage. Everything was very nice, clean and modern. The beach was a pleasant stroll away, along with the pool overlooking the beach. Our daily walks within the community, with the lush green landscaping, were very enjoyable. We had such a wonderful experience and would definitely like to return. Thank you for the use of your lovely beach home!
