Family Activities: The Chappaquiddick Community Center is less than 1 mile from the house and coordinates sailing, tennis, swimming as well as other activities for children of all ages. There are ice cream socials, ping-pong and movie nights.
Dining and Art Galleries: Park your car at the ferry landing and take the ferry across Edgartown Harbor. There are restaurants, art galleries, sushi bars, ice cream shops and more!
Island wide buses: The Vineyard Transit Authority runs bus service all over the island. Two blocks up from the ferry landing is the bus station.
