The Carriage House is located in quiet historic Cotuit overlooking the harbor, beach and Vineyard Sound. It is beautifully decorated in period furniture. Magnificent gardens and expansive lawns provide visual delights and croquet/bocci recreation for your off-beach time!

Beaches are within walking distance, including one with life guard protection. It's ideal for a couple or a family with up to two children. There are chaise lounges and hammock for your at-home relaxation. The private patio provides an outside dining area with table, roll-out shade and gas BBQ grill. Your full refrigerator, washer and dryer are located in the garage section in addition to the under counter refrig. . Air conditioning for bedrooms is available upon request.

There are a town dock, post office, restaurant, town playground and library nearby. A QE III kayak and 2 bikes are available at users risk.

Pictures are true to actual place. Quiet, Clean and Cozy. Owner are wonderful people and very accomodating. Would highly recommend to all.
