Great duplex cottages located in the heart of beautiful Cape Cod with private yards on private roads where children can bike, skate or play ball. These charming cottages are steps away from the beach which has warm salt water, great sand and gentle surf. Deeded beach rights allow you the privacy of a private beach or a lifeguard protected beach. They are near Hyannis, shopping, and boat docks to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Historic Craigville Village with its 'ole Cape Cod' charm is within walking distance, as well as the famous 4 Seas Ice Cream Store and the Centerville 'penny' country store. Owner managed and maintained properties are well-suited for families. 'Seniors' like the laid back atmosphere especially in spring and fall when it is not so busy. If you enjoy sun bathing, body surfing in the ocean, building sand castles on the beach, romantic walks at sunset, or kite flying with your children, this is the place for you.

We recently stayed at this delightful cottage on Cape Cod. It was Oct. but many restaurants and other tourist activities were open. The cottage was clean, well equiped (lots of dishes and cooking utensils), had a handy guidebook full of places to visit and things to do, and was right across the street from a beautiful beach that we enjoyed walking on and watching magnificent sunsets. We have already recommended it to other family members and can't wait to return......perhaps next time will be in the summer. This is a great place for both families and couples.
Owner's Response: It was so nice meeting you Mal and Jo. The fall is a lovely time to visit the Cape and we are so glad you enjoyed yourselves. We will look forward to seeing you again soon.
