Delightful wooded setting next to State Forest. This two-story, year-round Cape, built in 1994 on one and a half acres, is a short walk from the bike path and Greenlands trails. Bright & airy with ceiling fans throughout, this comfortable and well-appointed home boasts a gourmet kitchen with a 4-seat breakfast counter. Full appliances. Three bedrooms (two up and one down) offer comfortable bedding: two queens and two singles, linens included. French doors lead to a lovely cathedral-ceiling sunroom. Outside a large rear sundeck, gas grill patio & private outdoor shower and spacious back yard. Flowers everywhere. Access to West Tisbury's private beaches & nearby swimming pool and tennis courts. While the house sleeps six comfortably, it also makes the perfect, romantic getaway for a couple, both during summer and off-season when rates are lower and crowds have thinned. Spring and Fall on the Vineyard are lovely.

Perfect Weekend

My friends and I stayed at this home for a weekend in late Septemeber. We were visiting Martha's Vineyard for my son's wedding and our stay at this home only added to a perfect weekend! The home was clean, the furnishings were top-end and tasteful, and the yard and surrounding areas were immaculatey maintained. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was honest in his dealings with me. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, centrally located home to stay in while visiting Martha's Vineyard then this is the place to be!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
