Close to Seagull Beach & Hyannis. Quiet neighborhood location good for bike riding, jogging & pushing strollers. Easy to take ferry over to Vineyard for lunch, shopping, or a bike ride for the day. Home is well equipped and offers good layout for families. Handy island in the kitchen. Large deck with seating overlooks good size back yard great for entertaining.
This home is good for small groups getting together. We have had golfers, old school friends, and wedding guests stay over the past 10 years. Great value as 5 br's houses are rare.
Other Activities: Come to the Cape and enjoy special little side trips to the different geographic areas. The north side, Route 6A is woodsey and known for being the Antiquing Trail. The Outer Cape offers the beautiful dune beaches and with a special sticker you can gain access to the beach itself. Spend the day driving the far reaches of the beach dunes and enjoy the scenic vistas of pure ocean, marine and fowl life. The south side of the Cape is known for warm water, a direct result of the summer time Gulf Stream. In the distance watch the ferries come and go to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Plan a day taking the boat to the islands or fly over on Cape Air.
Golf: There are a few well rated public gold courses which are reasonably priced. They are located a short drive from our home.
