Review of Bender-Stern house

My stay in July 2010 was absolutely perfect! It was the hottest week of the summer (and I am not one for heat), but I was totally comfortable. The beach, which is very close, always had a lovely breeze, so both swimming and sitting were pleasant. The house is absolutely charming and also quite comfortable in the heat. It has the best of cape house amenities: a great deck for lounging and taking meals, cozy bedrooms (with a massive and unbelievably comfortable bed in one), a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals, and of course the glorious outdoor shower, which was used multiple times daily! Having cable in both the living room and main bedroom was an unexpected luxury. Location is perfect--a quiet neighborhood, away from any traffic, but close enough to shopping so that you can walk to pick up the daily groceries. A classic Cape house which I will definitely return to!! Also, owners are pleasant to deal with and look out for renter's needs.
