Nice 5 Bedroom Villa In The Country But Only 5 Km From The Beach.

You will drive onto the estate after a about 2 km very well maintained dirt track. On the estate you turn right to get to villa Tio Pedro. When entering the gate of the premises there are several parking spots. As soon as you come into the villa in the small hallway you can already look straight towards the coast.

On the ground floor you have the large lounge with big sliding doors towards the garden and pool area. A dining table and some sofas to watch some television. Turn right in the hallway and you will end up in the kitchen with very big fridge and a all the kitchen equipment you will need, onwards the kitchen is the laundry with an extra fridge and the washing machine and dryer.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and a separate bathroom. All beds throughout the villa are of very good quality, with high quality mattresses, so really comfortable. The bedrooms are not overly decorated but we are in the processing to bring up further up to the level of the rest of the villa.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, of which also one is en-suite. All beds are double beds with a top mattress so could be made into singles with a small compromise to comfort.

Throughout the villa there is under floor heating, air-conditioning and WIFI. So in a super 5 bedroom villa with all you could ask for inside.

Outside it has superb views from the several seating areas on the very large terrace. It has plenty of seating to eat outside and of course plenty of sun loungers around. In the partly restored ruin you will have a massive BBQ so you can really have a super time outside!. The large pool can be heated so this means all year round swimming.

So inside and outside perfect to have a luxury holiday with 10 persons!

As briefly mentioned the Estate as a whole can also be rented which makes it suitable to sleep over 25 people easily.
