Post and beam upside-down house with views of moors and Nantucket Sound. Multiple decks, gorgeous sunsets, path to walk over the dune to the beach minutes from property or walk 1/4 on the road to Dionis Beach. Property 3 1/2 miles to town via bike path, abuts approx 300 acres of open moors. Rural, natural setting. Cedar Works Play set. Outside Weber gas grill, hose area for rinsing off, cable, DVD, VCR, Internet. Bed-setup: 2 twins, 1 queen, 1 double, fold-out sofa. No Smoking in house or on premises. 6 people maximum. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning is $30/hour
  • Spring and Fall - seasonal rates available and negotiable
    From $1400 - $2700 per week
    Summer Rate $3200- $3600 per week (July & August)
  • $500 Security Deposit Required one month prior to beginning of rental. Half fee due with booking,
    2nd half due one month prior to rental.

    Cleaning will be deducted from security deposit at the end of the rental at rate of $30 per hour. Usual
    cleaning is 5-6 hours. Any damage would be deducted, remainder is returned to renter within 30 days.
    (Maid service is available for $30 per hour with minimum of 2 hours required.)

    All domestic long distance calls are covered and international telephone call charges will be deducted from the security deposit along with cable movie rental charges.

    If there is any damage to the property this will also be deducted from the security deposit.

    The remaining security deposit monies will be returned to you within 30 days.
