Studio Apartment With Separate Sleeping Area, Close To Beach.

This large (783 sq ft) loft apartment is furnished to high standard. There is a separate sleeping area, with a king size bed, wardrobes, dressing table and a large desk. The open plan lounge and kitchen area are separated by a breakfast bar, with seating for 3 people. Outside is a very large 'L' shaped balcony/terrace with tables and chairs to seat 4 people.

This is a fantastic 'getaway from it all' resort, where you can relax and unwind after a day spent sightseeing in nearby Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. The yacht club is a really friendly place to dine and the quayside cafes and restaurants are very quaint and serve great food.

This stunning loft studio apartment is located in the spectacular Al Hamra village resort complex, with its quay side restaurants and cafes Marina and Yacht clubhouse, Marina swimming pools, private beach and water sports, Banyan Tree Spa & Resort, Al Hamra Hotel & Resort, 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, Fitness club, Tennis Court, Shopping Mall, and has quick access to neighbourhood supermarkets.

Al Hamra Village is set in the south of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) with easy access to the E311 allowing travel to all the other Emirates including Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

RAK offers swimming, beaches, golf, dhow excursions to the beautiful fjords of Khasab in Oman, desert driving, dune bashing, water sports, water park, and shopping as well as historical ruins and museums. You can relax on beautiful white sandy beaches bordering turquoise seas and framed by the Hajar mountains.

The apartment is only ten minutes from the newly constructed attraction 'Ice Land', the largest water park in The Middle East.
