Located on a cul-de-sac in the Naushop subdivision. The property is 1 block to pool and tennis, 1.5 miles to Surfside Beach, 1.5 miles to town and 1.5 blocks to the shuttle bus and the new Old South Road bike path. It was completed in 1999. The house has Central Air Conditioning.
First Floor
The Dining Room has a family sized table and plenty of chairs. This room opens to the great room; kitchen/living room combination. The Kitchen has a writing desk, counter seating, and new appliances. There is a half bath off of the Dining Room.
The Living Room has TV/VCR/DVD and stereo; chairs, a couch and French doors outside. Off the living room are private back and side yards with grassy play areas and a brick patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill.
The Family Room has a couch (with pull out queen size sleeper), chair, TV and DVD player and French doors outside to the patio. There is a full bath off the Family Room
Second Floor:
Above the living and dining room are a master suite with queen-size bed and a full bath. Also, there is a bedroom with two twin beds; and another bathroom. The second floor over the back of the house has a separate stairway, and a large bedroom (15’x25’) with two twin beds, a pull out couch and its own sink and another TV/VCR/DVD.
Third Floor:
The bedroom covers the entire third floor and has a queen size bed and great views of the conservation land and the surrounding neighborhood.
Outside
Brick patio off of the Family and Living rooms, gas grill, patio furniture, private side yard with Private hedge and an outdoor shower (for after beach use). The back of the property abuts conservation land. There is off street parking for up to four cars.
