This 8 room home is a newer, expanded cape with a large yard, brick patio, and oversized deck situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Edgartown. The private backyard contains herb and flower gardens and a playscape for children. The first floor is open and includes a fully equipped kitchen and open spaces ideal for entertainment. The master bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto a deck. Two oversized bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath. Besides a private living room and open family room, this home has a large, separate computer/workout/laundry room.
