New Listing! The apartment is located in the 11th district, a few minutes walk from the metro/RER station 'Nation', practical for getting around Paris and travelling to Disneyland. The area is surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is also close to the famous cemetery 'Pere Lachaise', where Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison, Alexandre Dumas and many more are resting.

This 45m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor (with a small lift), facing a quiet courtyard.

The apartment features a beautiful living room with a wooden floor. The large windows make the living room bright. The sofa can accommodate 2 people as it converts into a double bed. The equipped kitchen opens unto the living room. The bedroom has a double bed and an armoire to store your things. Large bathroom with bathtub.

    Our check-in person will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys.

    Payment can be made by:

Perfect Marathon Location

I was in town for the Paris Marathon and needed an apartment with easy access to the start and finish. The apartment was perfect. It was also fairly quiet and very comfy. Cooking facilities were enough to prepare my pre-race meal. Good value and would recommend. The two Metro stations were perfect to visit all parts of the city. Perfect for 2 people.
The meet and great gentlemen was very friendly and helpful and the appartment was nice and clean.

Comfortable Apartment

The apartment is in conformity with the description and images that appear on the site. Comfortable and well equipped for 3 to 4 people. Good cleaning.
Silent because the apartment faces the courtyard, convenient for traveling to the metro station and to the center. Remarkable the possibility of making free calls on fixed numbers to west Europe and United States.
Good relaxing with a 46-inches TV and excellent WIFI.
Owner very polite and very dedicated to the needs of the hosts.
The only downside is the limited size of the toilet room. On the contrary the bathroom is wide and equipped. Recommanded.
