We had a WONDERFUL time here. The condo is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time off. Details are not overlooked here, there is a nice binder that lists local restaurants and their menus, shops and things to do, a nice selection of sand toys for children and an outdoor patio and grill too. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beach is close and private, so no radios blaring or people packed in like sardines. Our laptop computer worked perfectly with the wifi. Mashpee Commons close by provides shopping, a big grocery store and CVS, so all needs are covered. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and responded to all questions, etc. quickly. We can't wait to go back!

From time to time guests ask to see the property before they rent it and every time I have shown it, it was rented on the spot. If you are looking for a clean, well appointed beach home with a private beach in a kid friendly area then this is the place for you!
