I was not very pleased with the accommodations at this property, written up as sleeping 20. Rooms were old, beds not particularly comfortable, and the downstairs rooms were full of a very moldy smell (even though we had the dehumidifier going all the time). Water heater could not keep up with large crowd. Kitchen okay but not enough pots and pans to cook a meal for a large crowd. Not worth the price!

Great for family reunion

I am heading there next week for a family reunion. It will be my third time staying at this house with my family and it has always worked out wonderfully. After a day at the beach, we sit on the dock watching the kids play catch and release with the hermit crabs and fish. We watch the ospreys diving for fish and play bocce or frisbee on the lawn. We eat way too much and laugh late into the night then get up in the morning for a run along the road to the beach.
The Falmouth beaches are an easy drive, as is the Sea-to-Shining-Sea bike path. Bring your own bike or rent from one of the shops near the path. Path is safe and flat. Even the 5 yr old was able to bike into town. Of course, the ice cream cone was a nice incentive and provided energy for the return trip.
Our ages ranged from 3 to 80

Great House!

We rented this house for 5 days and we had a blast! The house is really well kept and it's really confortable. We were a group of 20 and we had a great time there. If you're looking for a place to have fun, relax and be w/ your family and friends don't hesitate: This is it! We were a little concerned at first since this was our first rental but everything was so perfect. I just have good things to say about this property. I can assure that me and my family will have good memories of this place forever. We hope to go back soon.
