Immaculate 2 bedroom, 1 bath Cape located in Falmouth Heights. The house is located on a salt water inlet off of Vineyard Sound. You will wake up to a 180 degree view of the water and spectacular sunrises. The views from the house are the best. The house is also very clean and very comfortable with lots of windows, ceiling fans, and a great outdoor shower. Cleanliness and comfort are our priority. The location offers a quiet, peaceful, and child friendly neighborhood with easy access to beautiful Bristol and Falmouth Heights Beaches. (Only 250 yards away). Falmouth is a great town with many fine restaurants, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a 12-15 minute walk from the house.....A great vacation spot!....References provided on request

This location offers direct access to a salt water inlet offering great canoeing or kayaking. For beachgoers, the beach is a short walk (200 yards) to the end of the street (where we spend most of our time). Convenient to shops, restaurants, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Falmouth and near by Woods Hole offers many great restaurants and shops. A perfect spot for a summer vacation.

Great Location: We have 2 cottages on the water in Falmouth Heights... Pictures of both are included in the ad… They are located at 147 & 149 Grand Ave – You can Google or Yahoo map the location to see exactly where it is.... Both houses are extremely clean and comfortable which is our mission, and we know how important that is to many people. The views from either house is fantastic. Both houses include all kinds of beach amenities including chairs, umbrellas, lots of beach toys, a beach wagon to carry things (including toddlers) back and forth to the beach. We also have a couple of bikes, great for touring the neighborhood and 2 kayaks, if you are so inclined….Falmouth Heights Beach is a 2-3 minute walk (with the wagon :), which makes it an ideal location, easy to go back and forth for lunch, naps, breaks from the sun, etc….Please feel free to call if you have any questions about anything....Kevin and Gloria Leach
