3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 8-10, outdoor shower

Spacious, bright, clean contemporary Cape on 1 1/2 acres - lots of bunnies visit the large mowed yard - less ticks with the mowed yard! Furnished with antiques and cozy contemporary furniture. Cathedral ceiling in living room with large skylight and ceiling fan. Enjoy dining on the screened-in porch or wrap-around deck. Location is extremely private near the biking & hiking path. The large outdoor shower is especially nice under the stars. Bikes, outdoor charcoal & propane grill, patio & beach furniture, and children's equipment is supplied.

We have added to our supply of baby/toddler furniture and our supply of children's bikes and toys. Our large mowed yard is excellent to play in!
