This is what is meant by a house that is a home. If you are looking for relaxation, peace, quietness and tranquility, this is the ideal place. A great atmosphere for families and for us..."Girls' Weekend." Close to everything and an excellent spot for memories. Also, you must go to Menemsha for lobster and get there in time to catch the sunset.

Exactly as advertised on the website and even better. The deck was outstanding for morning/afternnon views out to the Atlantic and late night stargazing. 4 adults & 2 kids plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood great for walking off the big meals we made in the brand new kitchen and on the outdoor propane grill. You guys have thought of everything down to the huge lobster pot that we made full use of. For future reference Menemsha had the best prices on live lobsters and Nancy's in Oak Bluffs had the best lobster rolls. My 4 year old daughter said it best "Daddy can we stay here forever"? See you next year........

A lovely, spacious retreat. The owners have thought of everything and the location is perfect. Lots of privacy and a very short walk to the beach (less than 15 minutes). Plenty to do on the island and the house is close to everything. We cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed very much staying at your home. Our group was three couples, and we found the there was plenty of room and privacy. It would also be a nice place for a large family, or two small families. With all the renovations, the home is like new, and is obviously well cared for.

We cooked in at night, and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck provided beautiful, panoramic views of Katama and the area was nice for walking.
