Perfect Vacation Home!

This home was the perfect spot for our Vineyard vacation. The space was great for two families and we all loved the location- quiet and relaxing yet close to everything. The windows and porches gave the home a great, beach feel and you could hear the ocean every night. The property was clean and the owners were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place to Enjoy the Vineyard

This was a perfect house to stay for a week getaway. Myself and friends from college rented the house for a week and it was perfect. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach!
The accommodations are fantastic. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably (there were 8 of us). The house is beautifully decorated and great for any type of situation, whether a weekend getaway or a family vacation. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in renting in the Katama area. An all around great beach rental!

An absolutely wonderful vacation rental!

My wife and I spent a considerable amount of time online searching for a clean and comfortable vacation rental for our trip to Martha's Vineyard with our folks. Jeff's place exceeded our expectations! The entire house is very well maintained and the kitchen has new and modern appliances. The rental is also a short walk away from South Beach. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Jeff was more than helpful. He was consistently prompt in replying to my queries and allayed any concerns I had in renting the place as this was the first time I was booking a vacation rental. I like the fact that he followed up with my booking closely.
I would highly recommend this rental!

"Must-visits" include the Gay Head Cliffs, Edgartown, Menemsha and Island Alpaca . Good restaurants include Sharky's (Mexican) and the State Road restaurant in West Tisbury.

Wonderful Home!

What a wonderful home to stay at for our first time in Martha's Vineyard! I absolutely love your taste in colors and artwork. We found the house comfortable and kept up so well. We loved sitting out on the deck at night and enjoyed sitting on the porch after a day at the beach. The kids asked if we can come back next summer. :) Also perfect location too! We loved seeing the bi-planes take off and land. Thank you for renting your lovely home to us.
