Featuring an ideal location on quiet, private road, safe for children and families, this home design is perfect for several couples or 2-3 families. Central A/C on both floors, TV/VCR/cable is supplied in all bedrooms, WiFi and High-speed Internet throughout. --------------- No additional fees are Included in weekly rental: All utilities, central air conditioning, phone (except International & collect calls), broadband/wireless Internet access (using renter's computer), twice-weekly trash removal and full-turnover cleaning on day of initial rental. ---------------- Everything included except automobile ferry tickets and linens (rental available on-island).
